GMC~EM1 ELECTRO MAGNETIC UNCOUPLER FOR N GAUGE
DETAILS
This electronic uncoupler uses an electro-magnet to operate the coupling allowing the operator to uncouple rakes of rolling stock from the locomotive at a distance.
Using the GMC-EM2 coupling frets converts standard couplings for use with this module.
The frets attach to the coupling by fitting on the underside of the coupling hook.
Uncoupling is achieved by stopping the adaptor fitted wagon directly over the EM1.
When the EM1 is energised, the steel adaptor arm is attracted downwards, making the couplings disconnect.
This module includes a push to make switch to activate the electro-magnet.
